How do I track my order? 

You will receive an email confirming the order has been dispatched on our longboats for delivery. You will receive tracking information in the same email.

I have not received my order, where is it? 

Hopefully, your order has not died a glorious death and gone on drink ale in Valhalla...

For all other orders, please check the following before contacting our customer service team:

- Check you have received an email confirming your order has been shipped

- Check the status of your delivery via the link you received in your shipping confirmation email

I emailed customer service, how long will it take them to respond? 

As Odin's faithful servants, our oath is to respond to enquiries within 24 hours. This may be up to 48 hours on weekends. 

Is Berserker clothing true to size? 

We work hard to honor our ancestors and ensure our clothes are a true fit and battle ready. 

If you are unsure, we recommend you select your normal size for zip up hoodies and t-shirts. For pullover hoodies, size up for a loose fit and true to size for fitted.

What Payment methods does Berserker accept? 

Our checkout is managed by Stripe and Paypal. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

What do I do when there is an item missing from my order? 

A packing slip is included in every parcel sent from our warehouse. Please check the order form to ensure no items are missing from the list.

If you have ordered an item that is missing from the packing list, it will likely have been removed due to being out of stock.

You will be notified by email if an item you've purchased is out of stock. If you haven't received an email notification about any changes to your order, but you're still missing an item, please contact us with the following information:

      1. Order Number
      2. Missing Item(s)
  • Our resident Vikings will investigate the matter and will enact swift retribution for those that have broken their oaths...(in other words, we'll solve it quickly!)
